Philosophies:
- Strong belief in "boy led"
- Small/medium size troop
- Advancement includes helping and encouraging all scouts to reach First Class within 18 months
- Higher ranks (Star, Life and Eagle) are more scout driven
Financials:
- Annual Dues are $75 (includes Boy’s Life)
- Weekend campouts typically costs $35-45
- Some one to three weekend trips that are more expensive - ski trip weekends, military ships
Meetings:
- Weekly troop meetings every Sunday, 7:30-9:00 p.m.
- Monthly Patrol Leader Council (PLC) - third Wednesday of each month, 7:30-9:00 p.m.
- Monthly Troop Committee meeting - fourth Sunday of each month, 7:00-9:00 p.m.
- Junior Leader Training (JLT) conducted semi annually, typically August and January
